Additional charges may apply where circumstances differ from the original information provided by the customer, including additional waiting time, extended rental periods, route changes, additional trips, special equipment requirements, permits, tolls, or other agreed services.
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, or service agreement.
Julib Transport reserves the right to suspend or cancel services where agreed payments are not received in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their transportation or equipment requirements.
This may include:
Pickup and delivery locations;
Cargo description;
Cargo weight and dimensions;
Required vehicle or equipment;
Loading and unloading requirements;
Site conditions and access restrictions;
Required delivery schedules; and
Any permits, restrictions or special handling requirements known to the customer.
The customer must ensure that the cargo is properly packed, secured and prepared for transportation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cargo and Equipment
Customers must not request transportation of illegal, prohibited, hazardous or restricted goods without prior disclosure and written approval from Julib Transport.
Where applicable, the customer must provide all legally required documentation, permits and declarations relating to the cargo.
Julib Transport reserves the right to refuse transportation of any goods that may create an unreasonable safety, legal or operational risk.
7. Vehicle and Equipment Availability
All vehicles and equipment displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Images, specifications, descriptions and other information published on the website are provided for general informational purposes and may not represent the exact vehicle or equipment available at the time of booking.
Julib Transport may provide an equivalent or suitable alternative vehicle or equipment where reasonably necessary, subject to customer agreement and availability.
8. Rental Services
Where equipment or vehicles are rented, the customer must use the equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
The customer must:
Follow all applicable safety requirements;
Comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations;
Follow the manufacturer's or operator's instructions where applicable;
Not modify or misuse the equipment without authorization; and
Immediately notify Julib Transport of any accident, damage, malfunction or safety issue.
Additional terms relating to deposits, damage, operator requirements, rental duration, fuel, maintenance and other charges may be specified in the individual rental agreement or quotation.
9. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Julib Transport will make reasonable efforts to provide services within agreed schedules. However, transportation schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
Traffic congestion;
Road closures;
Accidents;
Weather conditions;
Government restrictions;
Permit or regulatory delays;
Mechanical issues;
Emergencies;
Industrial actions;
Security restrictions; or
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances occur, Julib Transport will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and minimize any resulting disruption.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling of confirmed services may be subject to charges depending on the timing of the cancellation, resources already allocated and expenses incurred.
The applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will normally be stated in the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement.
Customers should contact Julib Transport as soon as possible if they need to cancel, postpone or modify a confirmed service.
